Shipping
We prefer to only use Canada post. We try to bring you the cheapest shipping we can. Regular parcel is 3-9 business days within Canada, Xpress post 1-2 business days, and expedited is 1-7 business days(not available on most parcels).
Our prices are set up for regular parcel only as it is the least expensive. If you, for any reason, require Xpress post, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Paypal will notify you when your items have been shipped, then I follow up. If I don't use a paypal shipping label I will notify you personally with the shipping details.
International orders -USA only
For small orders I ship light or small packet USA. Shipping time is approximately 6-12 business days
For larger orders such as the snap press I send it expedited, time is approximately 6-13 business days.
Taxes and Duties
I am not responsible for any extra duties or taxes related to your parcel once it has crossed the boarder.
Prices
For small and light packets shipping is approximately $6 CAD. If you are an international buyer and the calculator over charges you, we gladly refund you the difference. If you would rather not go about it this way or would like to purchase in only US currency, please contact us to make a custom order.
Lost of Stolen Items
Sometimes items get lost and/or stolen. If you have not recieved your items within a reasonable time frame we will make a claim and either refund you or send you a new item, which ever you choose.
Items sent to wrong address
We always ship to the address provided on your paypal account (if that is your method of payment). If for whatever reason your paypal address provided is inncorrect or out of date we strongly suggest changing it to your new address before completing your order. We are not responsible for items sent to the wrong address, it is your onus afterwards to find your parcel or make a claim with the postal services.

Ordering
We use paypal as our checkout. If you need custom orders we send you a paypal invoice to your e-mail account. To make a custom order click here.
All diapers, with exception to the Bamboo (imported), are made to order. I ask for a 5 business day turn around. If you are ordering Bamboo diapers, Snaps, Snap presses, etc (pre maid items), I ship three business days after receiving payment.
Every order is followed up with a personal e-mail from myself. I will send you your purchase details and give you an estimated processing time.
